Japanese cooking course in Jan 2013

Mrs Radka Slovackova visited my cooking class.
She is a wine journalist based in Monaco. She often travels around the world and has a deep knowledge of the Japanese cuisine.
At the end of the course, we found the only thing missing was a good bottle of wine from Ms Radka Slovackova!

– Miso Suppe with wakame and spring onion
– Chicken with sesame sauce
– Inside-out roll sushi (Spicy tuna roll and Salmon roll)
– Beef steak with wasabi soy sauce
