– Chicken and cucumber salad with wasabi dressing (Tori to Kyuri no Wasabi-Ae)
– Boiled eggs in soy sauce (Ni-Tamago)
– Miso soup with wakame and bacon (Wakeme to Bakon no Misoshiru)
– Carrots and tuna salad with sesame and mayonnaise (Ninjin no Goma-Mayo ae)
– Miso-marinated fried pork (Buta no Miso zuke yaki)
– Steamed fish with onion on Kombu soy sauce
– Japanese rice (Koshihikari) from Niigata (Niigata-san Koshihikari)
– Green Tea Cheesecake
