At 6 P.M., we will eat fresh Sushi at a counter in Sushi Karin and drink Swiss wine together.
It takes around 40 Min from Osaka to Akashi by JR train.

We made the ramen noodles with the Philips Pasta Maker and cooked shoyu ramen, gyoza and bon bon chicken.

matcha workshop with mochi making and a tea ceremony
I gave a matcha workshop with mochi making and a tea ceremony for 20 people from a consulting firm in a hotel at the Zurich airport.
We enjoyed 10 Quizzes and made Mochi with Anko-Paste and strawberries (Ichigo-Daifuku, いちご大福).
In the end, we made matcha tea on our own and did 3 minutes of meditation. Thank you so much! @deloitte_switzerland @deloitte

Private Japanese cooking course with Okonomiyaki
We prepared, okonomiyaki, omelet (Tamagoyaki), salted salmon (Shio-Jake), miso soup, Japanese rice with edamame and green tea chiffon cake in 4.5 hours. The chiffon cake was fluffy and delicious. It was very delicious!
