Online Japanese cooking class in October 2021

I gave the 35th Japanese online cooking class.
We enjoyed making tuna tataki with wasabi cream sauce and pink pepper, takikomi-gohan (rice with mushrooms, chicken, and edamame), and agedashi tofu together.

Hello,

Let´s make an easy Japanese autumn menu online together!
We can make Tuna-Tataki with wasabi cream sauce, Takikomi-Gohan with mushrooms, and agedashi-tofu.

I want to start at 4 pm. In the end, we will do “Kanpai!” at 6 p.m.

Online Cooking Course: Sashimi and Nigiri sushi

Why don’t you make nigiri sushi together in the online class on Saturday, March 13th from 5 pm to 6:30 pm?
You will be able to make cool nigiri sushi like those made by professionals.
This time I want to make nigiri sushi with salmon. Of course, you can prepare the sushi with prawns, scallops and avocado. You can use a kitchen (flambé) burner if you have one.
