Let’s make a simple Japanese fall menu together online on Sunday, November 21 at 4:00 pm!
We can make Duck breast with miso sauce, soba noodles, and homemade goma tofu.
I want to start at 4 pm. In the end, we will do “Kanpai!” at 6 p.m.
Do you already have the “Zoom App” on a tablet (https://zoom.us/) or on a notebook with a camera?

Why don’t you make nigiri sushi together in the online class on Sunday, September 5 th from 4 pm to 6 pm?
You will be able to make cool nigiri-sushi like those made by professionals.
This time I want to make sushi with salmon and tuna.
Of course, you can prepare the sushi with prawns, scallops, and avocado. You can use a kitchen (flambé) burner if you have one.

We cooked tantan-ramen, dim sum (shumai) and spring rolls. I made the ramen-noodle with the “Philips Pasta Maker“.
We prepared inside-out Rolls in 3 hours. It was fun!
