I had the pleasure of providing catering for a birthday party at a lovely family’s home, with a standing buffet for around 30 guests.
The tables were laid out with a colorful spread of nigiri and maki sushi, so guests could help themselves freely while mingling and enjoying the conversation.
While serving in kimono is our standard style, for this event the hosts requested a more casual look. In addition to the kimono-style service, we’re happy to accommodate requests like this as well.
The whole evening had a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and it was a truly enjoyable occasion for me too.
