I know there are many tofu shops in Switzerland.
It is difficult to find tofu suitable for deep frying.
Because of the hard water, you can only find very soft silken tofu or very hard cotton tofu.
There are only very soft silken tofu or very hard cotton tofu.
The only moderately silky tofu I can find is the Spanish tofu from the West Shop.
I think the moderately silky tofu from Spain (available in Nishi japan Shop) or Migros tofu (still very soft but OK).
Why don’t you make nigiri sushi together in the online class on Sunday, May 16th from 4 pm to 5:45 pm?
You will be able to make cool nigiri-sushi like those made by professionals.
This time I want to make sushi with salmon and tuna.
Of course, you can prepare the sushi with prawns, scallops, and avocado. You can use a kitchen (flambé) burner if you have one.
Under the rule of “up to 5 private meetings”, we will only provide private classrooms at my home or at your home upon request.
Course participants do not necessarily have to come from a single household, as federal household regulation is only a recommendation. We can hold private courses for up to 4 people (5 people including me), but we are closed for regular classes. Thank you for your understanding.
On June 6th I will start the course again with only 4 instead of up to 8 participants. I will give everyone disinfectants. And I would provide own towel and face masks for those who want to wear one. Of course we will not shake hands.
From June 20, I am planning my courses with up to 8 participants again. If you have any concerns, please let me know.
