Thanks for a Great Sushi Workshop in Wynental!

After a 2-hour trip, I had the pleasure of leading a sushi workshop for 23 people at VHS Wynental AG. It was so much fun making sushi together with 23 enthusiastic participants! A big thank you to Mr. B for always inviting me to teach.

Sushi course for 25 people at a New Year’s party in a company in St.Gallen

We recently gave a sushi class at a New Year’s party at a company that operates a day care center. I was surprised to see all the young women and half of them were vegetarians. It was a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

Catering for car clubs

We received a catering order from a repeat customer for their car club’s New Year meeting. When they asked, “Is it okay even though Sushi Yoko is in Japan?” they happily agreed, saying it was fine, which made me feel so grateful for their trust in our assistants. 😅

Although there were a few hiccups, everything went smoothly in the end, and I felt truly relieved. By the way, the cars owned by the club members were absolutely stunning! 🤩
