About online class

I started with online courses when face-to-face classes were no longer possible due to Corona. Since then, I have already conducted more than 30 online courses (twice a month).

If you are very busy or want to avoid face-to-face classes but still want to prepare very healthy Japanese food safely, please take one of my online courses. We will have fun together!

My recipes are not that difficult to cook. I will give you lots of tips and tricks for everyday Japanese dishes that I have been cooking for my Swiss husband and son almost every day for more than 15 years.

I’ll let you know what ingredients you need and where to buy them before the online course. Then, on the day of the course, you will receive an email invitation (the link) from me to video chat via Zoom.
