Yesterday, we celebrated the grand opening ceremony with a ribbon-cutting and an exclusive media-tasting event, where I had the honor of serving as the MC. It was an unforgettable event with the participation of the Japanese Ambassador, representatives from Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), and Japan’s top ekiben makers.
