Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Validity

   • This gift voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

   • If you are unable to use it within this period due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. pregnancy or illness), we can extend the validity by up to 2 years upon presentation of appropriate proof (maximum total validity: 3 years from purchase date).

2. Refund Policy

   • No refunds or cash exchanges are available for gift vouchers.

3. Transferability

   • Vouchers may be transferred to another person.

   • Please contact us in advance if you wish to change the name on the voucher.

4. Loss / Theft / Damage

   • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be reissued.

5. Prohibited Actions

   • Reselling without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
