🇬🇧 Fantasy Basel 2026… what a miracle ✨Right before the event started, I was honestly terrified. “What if nobody cares about my matcha and mochi?” “What if the stage starts and nobody is there…?”But when the curtain opened… the room was completely full, even standing room only! I almost cried from shock and relief.This project actually started as a sushi proposal. But I suggested changing it into a matcha & mochi experience — something I truly love. It took 3 months of negotiations and worries until everything was finally confirmed.That’s why seeing so many happy faces felt unreal. And I could never have done it without this amazing team 💚Huge thanks to Mayumi for whisking matcha endlessly, Akemi (@akemiswiss) for her incredible support, my son for quietly watching over everything, and especially his friend T — a true sales genius who kept selling matcha sets and guiding people to our workshops!Special thanks as well to Tina and Martin from @fantasybasel for their patience and support throughout this long process ✨Sharing Japanese culture on stage is what I love most.
