Online Japnese cooking class in January 2022(2)

I gave the 38th Japanese online cooking class on 30.1.
We enjoyed making Chirashi Sushi with Aburi Salmon and Onsen Eggs, Fried Tofu with Ginger, and Thickened Mushroom.
