Sushi Catering at a Finance Industry Trade Fair

We had the pleasure of providing vegetarian sushi catering at a finance industry trade fair held in Switzerland.

Over the course of the event, around 400 guests in total enjoyed our vegetarian sushi, giving many people the chance to experience Japanese food culture.

To make it easy for visitors to enjoy sushi even within the limited time of a trade fair, we prepared everything in small, bite-sized portions.

To catch the interest of people passing by our booth, we approached each guest personally and asked:

“Would you like to try some sushi?”

It was wonderful to see people who had only been watching from a distance stop by because of the sushi, ask us questions about Japan, and enjoy the food with a smile.

The event reminded us once again that sushi is not only a dish to be enjoyed, but also a wonderful way to bring people together and spark conversation.
