For a Japanese eyewear exhibition, I had the pleasure of providing sushi catering as part of the storefront promotion.
To help visitors feel a connection to the booth through Japanese food culture, we prepared sushi on the spot and invited people over as we served it. Seeing how much everyone enjoyed it made me truly happy.
I had the pleasure of working alongside origami artisan Yamaguchi for this event — his skill is remarkable, but what impresses me every time is his warmth and character. It was a wonderful opportunity to showcase Japanese traditional craft and food culture side by side.
