I gave a matcha lecture and tea ceremony on a table at the Internationale Sake-Messe “Salon du sake” in Paris.
Thank you for providing a prize for my matcha seminar quiz. It was great meeting with you, Matsuki san, and Yamaguchi san from “Hakushika” Kobe, Hyogo prefecture, (@hakushika_official ) near my hometown.
We prepared, okonomiyaki, omelet (Tamagoyaki), salted salmon (Shio-Jake), miso soup, Japanese rice with edamame and green tea chiffon cake in 4.5 hours. The chiffon cake was fluffy and delicious. It was very delicious!
I gave a Japanese Vegetarian Finger Food Course.
Rice balls are easy and beautiful when done with a form.

Teriyaki tofu with ginger (Atsuage no Shoga teriyaki),
Matcha muffin with white chocolate
We catered for 35 people at the Rotary Club of Lyss-Aarberg, Bern. We served 2 appetizers, yakitori, okonomiyaki, two types of sashimi (salmon with spicy sauce, tuna with wasabi cream cheese), sushi (3 types of thin rolls, 2 types of back rolls, nigiri).
Everyone was very impressed, and we were pleased.
