We prepared, okonomiyaki, omelet (Tamagoyaki), salted salmon (Shio-Jake), miso soup, Japanese rice with edamame and green tea chiffon cake in 4.5 hours. The chiffon cake was fluffy and delicious. It was very delicious!
At a client’s place, I made vegetable yakisoba, plant-based tantan ramen, and teriyaki chicken. They were delicious!
