The other day I gave a sushi course at a customer’s home. The request was by a former customer – that made me really happy! Last time we learned the inside-out roll, this time the thin roll (hosomaki). Always a pleasure!

I gave sushi course at the wedding. And I’ve worn kimono! Congratulations!!

Our team went to the bar in Zurich to give a sushi class for the doctors.
First 11 participants cut fish, then prepared nigiri and thin rolls.
They were very nice and friendly. I hope it was a good team building event…
Well, we had lots of fun!

He wrote that everything was eaten by a very happy family of two adults and three children!
