A happy New Year.
I started making osechi from yesterday night and finished it at noon.
I hope I can eat the New Year dishes made by my mother at my parents’ house next year. Wishing you and your family a safe, healthy, and prosperous new year!

Let’s cook gyudon (beef bowl) and chawanmushi (steamed in a tea bowl)
We can cook it so easily but very tasty. We prepare it in the course without a steamer.
You need very thin (about 1 mm) sliced beef, onions, light soy sauce, eggs, shrimps, shiitake and chicken. I can send you kombu seaweed if you need it. I want to enjoy the delicious meal with you.
I want to start at 5pm on Sunday 4th October. At the end we have a toast at 6:30 p.m.
Do you already have the “Zoom App” on a tablet (https://zoom.us/) or on a notebook with a camera?

I gave a Japanese cooking class online for the first time in 2 months. I was glad to see 10 families after a long time.
We cooked yakitori (salty and with sauce). Additionally, as a side dish, we made a cold tomato salad in dashi soup.
Finally, having a toast with people from all over Europe is a fun moment.
Thank you for your participation!
We have prepared salmon Nanban pickles online for 15 customers.
The guest of the customer was also reflected on the screen.
How fun it is to cook with people all over Europe!
Thank you for participating!
We cooked shoyu-ramen, Gyoza, Bon bon chicken. I made the ramen-noodle with the “Philips Pasta Maker“.
I cooked Karaage (Japanese fried chicken) with customers online. Zoom system was not stable and I am sorry that some people could not join the meeting. Despite the problem, Karaage was so crispy and so juicy.
.
I made matcha muffin with customers online.
It was a lot of fun.
I made swiss roll cake with customers online. It was a lot of fun.
