One day intensive sushi class in July 2020

We prepared thin rolls, inside-out Rolls and Nigiri in 5 hours in English. It was fun!

Japanese cooking (Katsudon) in July 2020

In a private Japanese cooking class, we cooked ankake chawanmushi, tonkatsu, katsudon and sesame panna cotta for 4 hours.
It was a lot of fun.

The guest of the customer was also reflected on the screen.

We cooked tantan-ramen, dim sum (shumai) and gyoza. I made the ramen-noodle with the “Philips Pasta Maker“.

We cooked Teriyaki-Chicken in the class. The chicken skin was crisp, the meat was juicy, it was so delicious!
