Under the rule of “up to 5 private meetings”, we will only provide private classrooms at my home or at your home upon request.
Course participants do not necessarily have to come from a single household, as federal household regulation is only a recommendation. We can hold private courses for up to 4 people (5 people including me), but we are closed for regular classes. Thank you for your understanding.
I started making osechi from yesterday night and finished it at noon.
I hope I can eat the New Year dishes made by my mother at my parents’ house next year. Wishing you and your family a safe, healthy, and prosperous new year!
I made shrimp sushi rolls and nigiri sushi in a private sushi class. Private classes are perfect for those who cannot eat raw fish. It was a lot of fun this time as well.
We can cook it so easily but very tasty. Salmon flakes can also be used for rice balls.
You will need 500 g salmon, 500 g Chinese cabbage, kombu, light soy sauce, shiso leaves, ginger and sesame seeds. I can send you kombu and shiso. I want to enjoy the delicious meal with you.
I would like to do it online with you on Saturday September 12th. We start at 5pm. At the end we toast at 6.30 p.m.

The first online course is free. If you’ve already done an online course with me, it costs 50 francs per screen (regardless of how many people participate per screen).

Have you already tried to prepare sushi after the course? My customer sent photos of her creations. Beautiful! Practice makes the master.
Thank you Mrs. J.G.R.
On June 6th I will start the course again with only 4 instead of up to 8 participants. I will give everyone disinfectants. And I would provide own towel and face masks for those who want to wear one. Of course we will not shake hands.
From June 20, I am planning my courses with up to 8 participants again. If you have any concerns, please let me know.
A company in Wil asked me to provide catering. I served it in a Kimono.
