Q1. What payment methods are accepted?
A. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.).
Q2. When will I receive the gift voucher?
A. The voucher is available for download immediately after purchase.
You’ll find the download link on the confirmation page and in the confirmation email.
Q3. Can I receive the gift voucher by post?
A. Yes. If you’d like to receive it by post, please select the postal delivery option during checkout.
We ship within Switzerland and selected European countries.
Q4. How long does shipping take?

Outside Europe: may take 1–2 weeks
Q5. Is there an expiration date?
A. Yes, the voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please write the date on the voucher.
Q6. Can the validity be extended?
A. Yes. If you are unable to use the voucher within the validity period due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g. pregnancy or illness), we can extend the validity by up to 2 years upon presentation of appropriate proof. Please note that refunds are not available.
Q7. Can I book a class online using the gift voucher?
A. Yes, you can book your class online.
