During the Easter period on Saturday, April 4,
at the Japan Food Fest held in Zurich,
we will host a Matcha & Mochi Workshop.
Registration takes only 2 minutes — simply scroll down to sign up.
If you come to the venue,
the entrance ticket fee (CHF 10 with online booking / CHF 12 at the door) will be covered by me and refunded on site.

📍 Venue: Halle 550 (right next to Zurich Oerlikon Station)
📍 Room: Seminar Room 1 (Food Workshop Room)
Held in a calm and relaxed atmosphere.
💰 Participation fee: CHF 110
In this workshop,
you will learn about the history and culture of matcha in a fun quiz-style format,
while enjoying hands-on matcha preparation and mochi making.
At the end,
we will also introduce a simple meditation technique that you can easily use in daily life.
The workshop is suitable for both children and adults,
so families are very welcome to join.

This year, instead of a sushi stand,
we will participate with a Matcha Workshop together with Mayumi Lehmann.
・15:00–15:20 Stage Performance
We will sing fun and uplifting songs together on stage.
Please join us and enjoy a joyful moment.
・15:30 Matcha Workshop begins
・17:30 Matcha Workshop ends
This year, the venue will be larger than last year, with more exhibitors.
It will be a wonderful day to discover new aspects of Japanese food and culture.
