抹茶ワークショップ（いちご大福作りと3分瞑想）

チューリッヒ空港のホテルで、コンサルティング会社の方20名を対象に、抹茶のワークショップを開催しました。

10問のクイズをした後、あんことイチゴのお餅（いちご大福）を作りました。
最後に自分たちで抹茶を点てて、3分間の瞑想をしました。

今年一番準備に時間を費やしたかいあって、無事終わってホッとしました。本当にありがとうございました。
