🇬🇧 How to steam juicy shumai 👇 🇩🇪 So dämpfst du Shumai richtig 👇 🇯🇵 焼売の蒸し方、これだけ👇🇬🇧 Start on high heat, and once it comes to a boil, cook for 1 minute. 🇩🇪 Bei starker Hitze starten und nach dem Aufkochen 1 Minute kochen. 🇯🇵 強火でスタートして、沸騰したら1分。🇬🇧 Then steam on medium heat for 5–6 minutes. 🇩🇪 Danach 5–6 Minuten bei mittlerer Hitze dämpfen. 🇯🇵 そのあと中火で5〜6分、蒸す。🇬🇧 That’s it. Simple and foolproof. 🇩🇪 Mehr braucht es nicht.
