We cooked yakitori (with salt, sauce), Tempura, miso Soup, Japanese rice with edamame, in the class. It was so delicious!

We cooked Teriyaki-Chicken in the class. The chicken skin was crisp, the meat was juicy, it was so delicious!

We cooked okonomiyaki, omelet (tamago-yaki), Salted salmon (shio-jyake), miso soup, Japanese rice with edamame and Sesame-Pudding in the class. It was so delicious!

Onsite sushi course for a Swiss company in January 2019

We gave a swiss company an onsite sushi course.

Japanese cooking class (Shoyu-Ramen) in January 2019

We cooked shoyu-ramen, Gyoza, Bon bon chicken and Green tea cream brulee. I made the ramen-noodle with the “Philips Pasta Maker“.
