New project “Practice makes the master” has been successfully completed.

Thank you for participating in the memorable first time. I was happy to talk with you and your daughter again! And it was amazing you rolled thin rolls very well although it was the first time! I hope your rolling skills will be like a sushi master.

We cooked shoyu-ramen, Gyoza, Bon bon chicken. I made the ramen-noodle with the “Philips Pasta Maker“.

Private Japanese cooking (Yakitori) in November 2019

We cooked yakitori (with salt, sauce), Tempura, miso Soup, Japanese rice with edamame, in the class. It was so delicious!
