Have you bought Christmas presents? How about a voucher for a sushi course or a ramen course?
All coupons contain the receiver’s name and are thus an individualized present! The last mail before Christmas is scheduled for December 23 at 6:00 p.m.
If you are in a hurry, I can email you the voucher as a PDF file within 12 hours at the latest.
I had the pleasure of giving an on-site cooking class for a client’s wedding anniversary celebration.
We prepared okonomiyaki, teriyaki chicken, fried rice, and Kobe beef steak on a teppanyaki grill! I had a wonderful time! Thank you so much!

Let’s make an easy Japanese menu online together!
We can make Online Cooking Class in Autumn: Mochi, Seared Sea Bass, Scallops in Dashi Soup, and Cucumber Radish Salad.
I want to start at 4:30 pm. In the end, we will do “Kanpai!” at 6:30 pm.
Do you already have the “Zoom App” on a tablet (https://zoom.us/) or a notebook with a camera?
It costs 65 francs per screen (regardless of how many people participate per screen).
You can pay the amount via Twint or bank transfer.
The time after next meeting is scheduled for January 22, 2023. If you participate in both sessions, you will be able to make a chakaiseki (tea ceremony) menu.
I gave a private Japanese cooking class at my place.
It was a wedding anniversary.
We made
Duck with black miso sauce,
Kinpira carrots,
Eggplant in sweet vinegar,
Spinach with sesame paste, and
green tea cheesecake.
Thank you very much for your participation.
It was delightful.

Thank you very much!
I did a kaiseki catering for a tea ceremony in Zurich. A tea master Christoph Meier SŌKI @teezeremonie.ch served matcha at the end. It was so wonderful!!!
We catered for 35 people at the Rotary Club of Lyss-Aarberg, Bern. We served 2 appetizers, yakitori, okonomiyaki, two types of sashimi (salmon with spicy sauce, tuna with wasabi cream cheese), sushi (3 types of thin rolls, 2 types of back rolls, nigiri).
Everyone was very impressed, and we were pleased.
We made inside-out roll sushi, thin roll sushi, teriyaki chicken, and Kobe beef on a teppanyaki grill at an onsite cooking class. It was so tasty! Thank you so much!
