We cooked Teriyaki-Chicken in the class. The chicken skin was crisp, the meat was juicy, it was so delicious!

🍣✨ Christmas Sushi Event at the University ✨🍣 This Thursday, I hosted a Christmas sushi event at a university 🎄 🇯🇵 今週木曜日、**名門チューリヒ工科大学（ETH Zurich）**でクリスマス寿司イベントを開催しました。 🇩🇪 Am Donnerstag durfte ich ein Sushi-Weihnachtsevent an der ETH Zürich leiten 🎄 Around 30 doctors and professors joined the workshop. 🇯🇵 約30名のドクターや教授の皆さまにご参加いただきました。 🇩🇪 Rund 30 Doktor:innen und Professor:innen nahmen teil。 They came from many different countries. 🇯🇵 国籍もさまざまで、とても国際的な雰囲気でした。 🇩🇪 Die Teilnehmenden kamen aus vielen verschiedenen Ländern。 The atmosphere was warm, open, and full of smiles. 🇯🇵 会場は終始和やかで、笑顔の絶えない時間となりました。 🇩🇪 Die Atmosphäre war offen, herzlich und voller Lächeln。 Food connects people beyond language and culture. 🇯🇵 食は、言葉や文化を超えて人と人をつなぎます。 🇩🇪 Essen verbindet Menschen über Sprache und Kultur hinaus。 For me, sushi-making is more than just cooking. 🇯🇵 私にとって寿司作りは、単なる料理ではありません。 🇩🇪 Sushi zuzubereiten ist für mich mehr als nur Kochen。 It is about sharing Japanese culture and meaningful moments. 🇯🇵 日本文化を伝え、心に残る時間を共有すること。 🇩🇪 Es geht um kulturellen Austausch und gemeinsame Momente。 Thank you for this wonderful opportunity. 🇯🇵 **名門チューリヒ工科大学（ETH Zurich）**という素晴らしい場でこのような機会をいただけたことに、心より感謝しています。 🇩🇪 Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese wunderbare Gelegenheit。 🎁 Workshops | Corporate Events | Private Classes 👉 www.sushi-yoko.ch 📩 DM @sushi_yoko_com
