We can make Online Cooking Class in Autumn: Mochi, Seared Sea Bass, Scallops in Dashi Soup, and Cucumber Radish Salad.
I want to start at 4:30 pm. In the end, we will do “Kanpai!” at 6:30 pm.

It costs 65 francs per screen (regardless of how many people participate per screen).
You can pay the amount via Twint or bank transfer.
The time after next meeting is scheduled for January 22, 2023. If you participate in both sessions, you will be able to make a chakaiseki (tea ceremony) menu.
We prepared, okonomiyaki, omelet (Tamagoyaki), salted salmon (Shio-Jake), miso soup, Japanese rice with edamame and green tea chiffon cake in 4.5 hours. The chiffon cake was fluffy and delicious. It was very delicious!
I gave a private Japanese cooking class at my place.
It was a wedding anniversary.

Duck with black miso sauce,
Kinpira carrots,
Eggplant in sweet vinegar,
Spinach with sesame paste, and
green tea cheesecake.

I catered Japanese dishes for a birthday party in Zurich.
I served mini-tomato salad in broth, cucumber with sesame paste, red radish pickled in kombu sweet vinegar, Chinese cabbage with ginger and soy sauce, okonomiyaki for the main course, and mango pudding for dessert. Congratulations!
