Yakisoba is a Japanese noodle stir-fry dish. Usually, soba means buckwheat, but soba and yakisoba mean Chinese noodles (Chuka soba) made from wheat flour, and we eat it often at home.
Price: free (in cooperation with Otafuku Sauce Co., in Japan). If you tag Instagram posting with @otafuku_global, you can participate for free, even if you don’t use otafuku sauce.)
