Mochi & Matcha Class – Tuesday Evening

Our Tuesday evening class was a wonderful success! We began with a fun quiz about matcha and the tea ceremony, followed by making delicious mochi. After that, I offered a tea ceremony demonstration, and everyone had the chance to whisk their own matcha. Finally, we ended the evening with Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction, creating a calm and refreshing close to the class.

We can make Online Cooking Class in Autumn: Mochi, Seared Sea Bass, Scallops in Dashi Soup, and Cucumber Radish Salad.

I want to start at 4:30 pm. In the end, we will do “Kanpai!” at 6:30 pm.
Do you already have the “Zoom App” on a tablet (https://zoom.us/) or a notebook with a camera?
It costs 65 francs per screen (regardless of how many people participate per screen).
You can pay the amount via Twint or bank transfer.

The time after next meeting is scheduled for January 22, 2023. If you participate in both sessions, you will be able to make a chakaiseki (tea ceremony) menu.
