My customer sent photos with the following comment:
“This wednesday I made sushi; I really felt like making some and my family really enjoyed them! Unfortunately I didn’t add sesame to the sushi rolls as I was running out of time.
The course was great, you demonstrated and explained it perfectly and it just feels good to be around you.”

The other day I gave a sushi course at a customer’s home. The request was by a former customer – that made me really happy! Last time we learned the inside-out roll, this time the thin roll (hosomaki). Always a pleasure!
