On June 6th I will start the course again

Dear customers

I hope you are all healthy and cheerful.

On June 6th I will start the course again with only 4 instead of up to 8 participants. I will give everyone disinfectants. And I would provide own towel and face masks for those who want to wear one. Of course we will not shake hands.

From June 20, I am planning my courses with up to 8 participants again. If you have any concerns, please let me know.

Onsite Japanese cooking (Okonomiyaki) in December 2019

We prepared okonomiyaki and sashimi at the birthday party.
It was very delicious. Thank you very much.

One day intensive sushi class in November 2019

We prepared thin rolls, inside-out Rolls and Nigiri in 5 hours in English. It was fun!

Japanese cooking class (Shoyu-Ramen) in October 2019

We cooked shoyu-ramen, Gyoza, Bon bon chicken and Green tea cream brulee. I made the ramen-noodle with the “Philips Pasta Maker“.

We cooked tantan-ramen, dim sum (shumai) and spring rolls. I made the ramen-noodle with the “Philips Pasta Maker“.

One day intensive sushi class in September 2019

We prepared thin rolls, inside-out Rolls and Nigiri in 5 hours. I gave the class in English this time. It was fun!
