Sushi class and catering in Zurich, Switzerland since 2007
Our team went to the bar in Zurich to give a sushi class for the doctors.
First 11 participants cut fish, then prepared nigiri and thin rolls.
They were very nice and friendly. I hope it was a good team building event…

They were very nice and friendly. We had a lot of fun!!!
I made sweet and sour pickled red onions, then rolled with roast beef.
