I gave a sushi course at a birthday party with a wonderful family. After having lots of fun rolling sushi they could enjoy eating it.
And I made Nigiri-Sushi after the class and brought a green tea cake for her! It was great time for me too!

The other day I gave a sushi course at a customer’s home. The request was by a former customer – that made me really happy! Last time we learned the inside-out roll, this time the thin roll (hosomaki). Always a pleasure!
