After a 2-hour trip, I had the pleasure of leading a sushi workshop for 23 people at VHS Wynental AG. It was so much fun making sushi together with 23 enthusiastic participants! A big thank you to Mr. B for always inviting me to teach.

We recently gave a sushi class at a New Year’s party at a company that operates a day care center. I was surprised to see all the young women and half of them were vegetarians. It was a lot of fun. Thank you very much.

Have you bought Christmas presents yet? How about a voucher for a sushi or ramen course?
All vouchers are personalized with the recipient’s name, making them a unique gift! The last mailing before Christmas is scheduled for 22 December at 18:00.
If you are in a hurry, I can email you the voucher as a PDF file within 12 hours at the latest.
Thank you for always having so many people come to our sushi classes at my home. We cook rice in a rice cooker and pot each time. Let’s make an easy Japanese menu online together!
We can make Online Cooking Class in Autumn: Mochi, Seared Sea Bass, Scallops in Dashi Soup, and Cucumber Radish Salad.
I want to start at 4:30 pm. In the end, we will do “Kanpai!” at 6:30 pm.
Do you already have the “Zoom App” on a tablet (https://zoom.us/) or a notebook with a camera?
It costs 65 francs per screen (regardless of how many people participate per screen).
You can pay the amount via Twint or bank transfer.
The time after next meeting is scheduled for January 22, 2023. If you participate in both sessions, you will be able to make a chakaiseki (tea ceremony) menu.
