A customer sent me a photo of a nigiri. She used smoked salmon as she couldn’t find any fresh salmon. It looks fabulous!

“This wednesday I made sushi; I really felt like making some and my family really enjoyed them! Unfortunately I didn’t add sesame to the sushi rolls as I was running out of time.
The course was great, you demonstrated and explained it perfectly and it just feels good to be around you.”
