Sushi class and catering in Zurich, Switzerland since 2007
I offered catering for a lovely family’s birthday party. Thank you very much!

Let’s prepare tsukemono (pickled vegetables, https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tsukemono) and dashi-chazuke (rice in dashi broth, https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chazuke) with salmon .
We can cook it so easily but very tasty. Salmon flakes can also be used for rice balls.
You will need 500 g salmon, 500 g Chinese cabbage, kombu, light soy sauce, shiso leaves, ginger and sesame seeds. I can send you kombu and shiso. I want to enjoy the delicious meal with you.
I would like to do it online with you on Saturday September 12th. We start at 5pm. At the end we toast at 6.30 p.m.

I gave a Japanese cooking class online for the first time in 2 months. I was glad to see 10 families after a long time.
We cooked yakitori (salty and with sauce). Additionally, as a side dish, we made a cold tomato salad in dashi soup.
Finally, having a toast with people from all over Europe is a fun moment.
Thank you for your participation!

We prepared inside-out Rolls in 3 hours. It was fun!

In a private Japanese cooking class, we cooked ankake chawanmushi, tonkatsu, katsudon and sesame panna cotta for 4 hours.
It was a lot of fun.

We cooked shoyu ramen, gyoza, yakitori and gyudon in a private Japanese class for 6 hours. The wines were provided by www.1623.ch.
It was fun!

Thank you for participating in the memorable first time. I was happy to talk with you and your daughter again! And it was amazing you rolled thin rolls very well although it was the first time! I hope your rolling skills will be like a sushi master.

Have you already tried to prepare sushi after the course? My customer sent photos of her creations. Beautiful!
Practice makes the master.
Thank you Mrs. J.G.R.
