Japanese cooking class (Ramen) in February 2018

We cooked tantan-ramen, dim sum (shumai) and spring rolls. I made the ramen-noodle with the “Philips Pasta Maker“.

Shabu-shabu catering

A carling club in Zürich asked me to provide Shabu-shabu catering. I served it in a Kimono.
I am very happy everyone loved the food!
