Japanese cooking class (Ramen) in September 2019

We cooked tantan-ramen, dim sum (shumai) and spring rolls. I made the ramen-noodle with the “Philips Pasta Maker“.

We prepared thin rolls, inside-out Rolls and Nigiri in 5 hours. I gave the class in English this time. It was fun!

We cooked Teriyaki-Chicken in the class. The chicken skin was crisp, the meat was juicy, it was so delicious!
