I did a kaiseki catering for a tea ceremony in Zurich. A tea master Christoph Meier SŌKI @teezeremonie.ch served matcha at the end. It was so wonderful!!!







We catered for 35 people at the Rotary Club of Lyss-Aarberg, Bern. We served 2 appetizers, yakitori, okonomiyaki, two types of sashimi (salmon with spicy sauce, tuna with wasabi cream cheese), sushi (3 types of thin rolls, 2 types of back rolls, nigiri).
Everyone was very impressed, and we were pleased.

We made inside-out roll sushi, thin roll sushi, teriyaki chicken, and Kobe beef on a teppanyaki grill at an onsite cooking class. It was so tasty! Thank you so much!
