I prepared roast beef and yuzu kosho onion sauce online with customers. It was the most exciting online class for me because it was an experiment to roast the beef in 14 different ovens at the same time. The roast beef was so soft and so juicy. Thanks for your participation!

On June 6th I will start the course again

Dear customers

I hope you are all healthy and cheerful.

On June 6th I will start the course again with only 4 instead of up to 8 participants. I will give everyone disinfectants. And I would provide own towel and face masks for those who want to wear one. Of course we will not shake hands.

From June 20, I am planning my courses with up to 8 participants again. If you have any concerns, please let me know.
