I explained Japanese food philosophie and the umami in a private Japanese cooking class. We cooked tantan ramen, tsukemono, etc., mit Kombu. It was fun!

Online cooking class Gyudon and Chawanmushi

Let’s cook gyudon (beef bowl) and chawanmushi (steamed in a tea bowl)
We can cook it so easily but very tasty. We prepare it in the course without a steamer.

You need very thin (about 1 mm) sliced ​​beef, onions, light soy sauce, eggs, shrimps, shiitake and chicken. I can send you kombu seaweed if you need it. I want to enjoy the delicious meal with you.

I want to start at 5pm on Sunday 4th October. At the end we have a toast at 6:30 p.m.

We can cook it so easily but very tasty. Salmon flakes can also be used for rice balls.

You will need 500 g salmon, 500 g Chinese cabbage, kombu, light soy sauce, shiso leaves, ginger and sesame seeds. I can send you kombu and shiso. I want to enjoy the delicious meal with you.

Japanese cooking (Katsudon) in July 2020

In a private Japanese cooking class, we cooked ankake chawanmushi, tonkatsu, katsudon and sesame panna cotta for 4 hours.
It was a lot of fun.

We cooked shoyu ramen, gyoza, yakitori and gyudon in a private Japanese class for 6 hours. The wines were provided by www.1623.ch.

It was fun!

 

New project “Practice makes the master” has been successfully completed.

Thank you for participating in the memorable first time. I was happy to talk with you and your daughter again! And it was amazing you rolled thin rolls very well although it was the first time! I hope your rolling skills will be like a sushi master.
