Yakisoba is a Japanese noodle stir-fry dish. Usually, soba means buckwheat, but soba and yakisoba mean Chinese noodles (Chuka soba) made from wheat flour, and we eat it often at home.

I started making osechi from yesterday night and finished it at noon.
